Movie Review Underworld Awakening

The "Underworld" franchise was never a question of great cinema. This series was flippant about a credible story backed by good special effects straddling the combat skills of a woman wearing latex fatal lead.

Although apparently not such an agreement difficult to maintain, the series had in fact been swerving on the edge, ready for a dip. "Underworld: Awakening" skews the balance in his favor, with good special effects action packed ride that does not seem like a waste of money on stupid special effects.

The discovery of vampires and lycans among them lead humans to hunt them down. Serene (Kate Beckinsale) and Lycan hybrid lover try to escape, but are separated by a human attack. Serene wakes up 12 years later to find a changed world where vampires and Lycans are almost extinct. Or so everyone thought, until she discovers two secrets: one about their case and the other on itself.

There is nothing original in either the story or its progression. However, directors Måns Marlind and Bjorn Stein know their craft enough to ensure that the film does not go above or be consciously pretentious. Playing regularly on the story, they give the film credibility and emotion that seem to have been absent in the latest installment.

As he had been from the beginning, this is also the film Kate Beckinsale. Using latex film Sister Carrie Anne Moss in "Matrix", Kate looks so young as he did in the first half, nine years ago and so vulnerable fiercely.

This part is an interesting departure for fans of the series. Human beings, who had hitherto been excluded from the fight, characteristic of this. In this sense, the film takes the war between vampires and werewolves in the forefront of the underground humans playing both enemies and allies to them.

The writers also, obviously, referring to the number of names, while the film "The Awakening". Entering the history of the past in the last two films, which finally returns to the present, thus restarting the franchise with some friends and enemies thrown into the picture interesting. There will obviously be a fifth in 2015. After all, we had an "Underworld" movie every three years.
For action and addicted to blood, is not enough for both the mouth water. A decent movie Hollywood action is expected to have typically conceptualized shots that make the audience hold their breath and often involves the protagonist making creative use of his / her arms. This is a spectacular with a lift and other scenes and choreography.

Launching into a bit of excitement largely maternal, and the film manages to be the drug ride for movie lovers of irreverent, action unconscious and often.
